We take great pride in the quality of Spikey Ballz and we want you and your dog to be happy with your purchase. Please understand that no dog toy is indestructible. Always supervise your dog when in use as small parts can be a choking hazard. Use warm water and a small amount of mild soap to wash the Spikey Ball then rinse clean.
